How to reach us
The most reliable way to contact AjaxUniverse is by email. We read every message, and we respond as soon as our editorial schedule allows. Because the site is run by a small group of volunteers, replies can take a little time — please don't take a delay personally.
One general inbox handles all enquiries:

What we cannot help with
AjaxUniverse is an unofficial fan site. We are not part of AFC Ajax and do not have privileged access to the club. Some specific things readers ask about regularly, but which we cannot help with:
- Match tickets — we don't sell, allocate, hold, or transfer Ajax tickets. The official AFC Ajax website is the only authoritative source.
- Official membership — we are not part of Ajax's membership programme.
- Official merchandise — we don't sell merchandise. The official Ajax shop is the place to look.
- Player or staff contact details — we don't hold or share contact details for players, coaches, or club staff.
- Media accreditation — these enquiries should go directly to AFC Ajax's media department.
If your enquiry falls into one of the categories above, contacting AFC Ajax directly will get you a faster, authoritative answer.
What helps us reply faster
- One subject per email — split unrelated points into separate messages.
- If you're flagging a problem, include the page URL and, where relevant, the section heading or paragraph.
- If you're suggesting a story, a paragraph of context is more useful than a one-line idea.
- Plain text is easier to handle than rich-formatted attachments.
Privacy
If you email us, we receive whatever is in your message — your email address, the body, and any attachments. We use that only to read and reply, and to keep a record of past correspondence. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
